“Jealous Guy”, John Lennon, 1971.
“Jealous Guy” is another really exceptional song from the Imagine album. It wasn’t even released as a single until several years after Lennon’s death. However it has been covered over 90 times! Roxy Music’s cover of this song even went to #1 on the UK singles charts in 1981. It’s clear that this song really stood out even on a really fantastic album like Imagine.
